Training and Qualifications
I am a trained and qualified person-centred counsellor and counselling supervisor.
My main training was at the Metanoia Institute in London, where I graduated with a first-class honours degree in person-centred counselling in 2012.
I then obtained a post-graduate certificate in focusing-oriented psychotherapy at the University of East Anglia in 2013.
More recently, in 2019, I completed a COSCA-accredited certificate course for the supervision of counsellors at the Tom Allan Institute, Glasgow.
My supervision training is ongoing and I am currently studying for a diploma with Mike Worrall and Linda Smith in Nottingham.
I am a registered member of BACP, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
